Hi Ray,

I'm just coming across this article now, and I definitely saw a glimpse of how Google+ seemed to be a part of a bigger system and not just a social network. http://joesabado.com/2011/07/behold-the-power-of-google-and-google-more-than-social/

Your insight on social enterprise is amazing - I definitely learn a lot from your tweets as well.

What could be improved:

Crossing the Chasm by allowing flows across the enterprise DMZ without IT admin but with enterprise stream controls.

Can't use:
* Chatter blocks anyone outside your enterprise
* Facebook has your friends, relatives etc
* LinkedIn too much job search integration
* Twitter no privacy separation streams
* Google docs sharing w/o social is unpleasant

Wondering if Google will be satisfied focusing on enterprise use cases, not going after Facebook 750m users?

Redmond has to react if/when Google incorporates applications...
