		<description>Duncan - I&#039;d agree with you but when the audience is the poll and it&#039;s visible as people look around, it&#039;s quite interesting to capture the mindset.  Best of Breed will emerge w/ their LOB On Demand apps. i think that will be one of the smartest things SAP will do, despite being a few years late! - Ray</description>

		<description>Can almost hear the sigh of say it isn&#039;t so from SAP with these survey results. After a number of years of acquisitions and partnerships (BO, Sybase, BPC, Clicksoft, Smartops and others) there is still a view that customers can either buy SAP or best-of-breed but not a BOB from SAP (maybe the survey question is just out of date and asks a meaningless question of a modern SAP?). SAP needs to better tell the message that it is not just ERP and it can do this by better aligning internal teams to support LOB and working more energetically with specialist LOB implementation partners.
