A very good point. "The way it's always been done" is very quickly becoming not the best way to go about things anymore. Larger companies tend to have a harder time changing quickly simply because they have decades of "the way it's been" working against them. A very good point. “The way it’s always been done” is very quickly becoming not the best way to go about things anymore. Larger companies tend to have a harder time changing quickly simply because they have decades of “the way it’s been” working against them.
